peaceful atmosphere attentive staff comfortable stay
the staff was helpful. i liked the location slightly away from the very center, it made for a peaceful atmosphere. the executive lounge was well-managed and had a nice selection of beverages.
the gym equipment showed some wear and tear.

Decent stay with some shortcomings
warm room lack of feedback
The room was excessively warm. I informed three staff members about this issue. They all said they would investigate, but the problem remained unresolved. I received no feedback about whether the room could be cooled. It was disappointing. The situation impacted my overall satisfaction.

canal view delight!
canal view modern machine comfortable bed
the location is superb i booked a room with the canal view and i was so glad i did the garden terrace is also great. the room was clean and spacious the bed was comfortable i slept really well. the hotel's gym is equipped with modern machines and has a wide range of equipment i was able to maintain my workout routine easily.
the cups in the room were too small and made drinking hot beverages difficult.

Wonderful Canal Side Stay
attentive staff hotel bikes convenient ride canal view
I found the hotel staff very attentive at the bar. The service was cheerful, and I enjoyed using the hotel bikes to explore the area. A ride into the city center was convenient and fun. The room I got faced the canal, just as I requested.

spacious room friendly staff canal view high parking fee room service charge complimentary water
The room was spacious and clean. The location near the canal provided nice views (I stayed in 2024!). The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or requests.
The parking fee of 55 euros per day felt excessive (what a price!). I found the lack of complimentary water in the room surprising for this type of hotel.

excellent stay!
canal view connecting room twin bed perfect view
i had a canal view room for a special occasion and it was perfection. the view was extraordinary! i found the connecting rooms easy. the room had twin beds and it worked perfectly.
i would have liked to see courtesy rooms for showers after the marathon event, but that was a very small issue.

i dined in the downstairs dining room. it was by the canal and had a wood fireplace. it had a perfect vibe for the end of the evening. the food was AMAZING!!!
